Orevan Journal
How We Work

Standards in Research and Writing.

Oravek Journal operates under a defined set of editorial principles. This page documents how articles are researched, verified, reviewed, and published — and what readers can expect from every piece on this publication.

Oravek Journal operates under the following editorial principles: articles are reviewed by at least one second editor before publication, sources are cited where appropriate, corrections are noted publicly, and writers disclose any commercial relationships that could influence their selection of subject matter.

Oravek Journal is an independent editorial publication exploring everyday supplementation habits, nutritional awareness, and active lifestyle choices for men. The publication is not affiliated with any commercial, governmental, or institutional body.

The Article Process
01
Topic Selection

Subjects are selected based on reader interest, gaps in existing independent editorial coverage, and the availability of published nutritional research to substantiate the angle.

02
Research & Drafting

Writers compile relevant published research from nutritional literature. Sources are documented throughout the drafting process. Content selected by Oravek Journal is reviewed for editorial accuracy based on published nutritional research.

03
Editorial Review

Every article is reviewed by a second editor before publication. The review process examines accuracy of source characterisation, register compliance, and adherence to the publication's editorial principles.

04
Publication & Corrections

Published articles carry a named author and publication date. Factual corrections are noted publicly within the article. Significant revisions include a correction notice with date and summary of change.

A
Source Standards

How Research Is Selected and Cited

Oravek Journal draws primarily on published nutritional research from independent sources. Writers are expected to consult at least two independent published sources per substantive claim in an article. Where source material is contested or limited, this is noted in the article body rather than suppressed.

The publication does not cite manufacturer-produced research as a primary or sole source. Commercial studies may be referenced only when accompanied by independent corroborating published literature.

All editorial decisions about which research to cite, characterise, or discuss are made independently of commercial relationships. Writers are required to disclose any supplement brand affiliations or commercial interests relevant to their article before submission.

B
Accuracy Policy

How Corrections Are Handled

If a factual error is identified in a published article — whether by a reader, writer, or editor — the correction process begins within one working day. The article is updated, and a visible correction note is appended to the relevant section, identifying the nature of the change.

Substantial corrections that alter the meaning or conclusions of an article are flagged at the article header with a correction notice including the date of change. The original text is not preserved or restored once corrected.

Readers who identify inaccuracies in published content are encouraged to submit corrections via the contact form. All correction submissions are reviewed by the lead editor before any change is made to published content.

C
Editorial Independence

Commercial Relationships and Independence

Oravek Journal does not accept payment from supplement brands or nutrition companies in exchange for editorial coverage. Articles are assigned and published on the basis of editorial interest, not commercial arrangement.

The publication may, from time to time, contain links to external resources or retailers. Where such links exist, they are identified. No affiliate or referral arrangements influence the selection or characterisation of supplement products discussed in editorial content.

Advertising, if any, is maintained in a clearly separate zone from editorial content and has no influence over the subjects, conclusions, or phrasing of published articles. The editorial team operates independently of any advertising relationships the publication may hold.

Scope and Limitations of Editorial Content

Articles published on Oravek Journal are editorial in nature and reflect the writers' observations on everyday supplementation habits and nutritional awareness for active men. The content is not intended as professional advice, nor as guidance for the management of any specific condition. Readers with specific concerns about their daily routines are encouraged to speak with a qualified wellness professional.

The publication covers nutrients, supplement categories, and nutritional habits. It does not characterise individual supplements as solutions to specific physiological outcomes. Where published research is discussed, the editorial team characterises what the research indicates — not what the reader should do.

We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any new habit or routine to your daily life, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
